"Rock'n'Roll is the only way to die!" said singer Taneli Jarva when he left his old band Sentenced 10 years ago and went off to form The Black League. A decade went by, Hunter S. Thompson died and the old band just got buried up North. But what do you know: The League is still goin' on strong with their 4th album, "A Place Called Bad". Indeed, 60% of the old line-up got left behind when the brothers Maike Valanne(guitar) and Taneli Jarva (vocals) decided to relocate the band 665 kilometers south in Finland's capital, Helsinki. A fine body of men was recruited for the job and the glorious heritage of The League miraculously retrieved! Ye Gods! "A Place Called Bad" may be bad but it just feels so fuckin' good!
